DAYAN KAI - Born without sight but not without soul. Formally trained since the age of 2, Dayan is a Singer-Songwriter, Arranger and Producer with a lifelong commitment to music. Kai is also a stunning accompanist working with numerous notable artists from around the world in many styles and traditions. His diverse studies have included training with renowned world music composer Lou Harrison, Latin percussionist Michael Strunk, Jazz Trumpeter/Arranger Ray Brown and mandolin master David Grisman. Blues, Bluegrass and Folk Music festival held as a fundraiser for the museum feturing local Tennessee Blues and Bluegrass bands. This event is held every year on the museum's amphitheater. Seating available or just bring a lawn chair or blanket and listen to the sounds of Blues, Bluegrass, or Country tunes under the stars along the Little Tennessee River.
Admission is free, but there is a $5.00 parking fee. Concessions available. No carry in coolers or food allowed.
